TopDog Computers is a brain-child of the owner Jose Rivera.  He has been working in the Information Technology industry for more then 20 years.  He is joined by his son Joseph Rivera who comes in with lots of real world knowledge and experience.  Together they bring family owned business to the forefront and hope to be an inspiration to other minority businesses in the Hagerstown community; where they have established there customer base.
